Refund Policy for Premium Watch Organisers

Thank you for choosing our premium watch organisers! We take pride in offering high-quality products designed to protect and showcase your watches. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for processing any refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalised products are non-refundable, as these items are made specifically for you.
  • Gift cards and sale items are also ineligible for refunds.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at swisskrafts@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification of the issue.

6. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us with your order details.
  • Once we accept the exchange we will process and deliver that product within 5 to 7 working days.
